Who We Are

Signature Psychologies Limited is a New Zealand based company offering consulting psychology services to individuals, couples, groups and organisations.

The company was founded by Registered Psychologist Teresa Ash and is centrally located in Birkenhead, on the North Shore of Auckland. Teresa is available for personal sessions in her Auckland office, and by Skype for clients living outside of the Auckland region.

About Teresa Ash

Teresa Ash, director of Signature Psychologies, is a Registered Psychologist and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist.

Teresa is fully registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board, and is a recent full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society, the British Psychological Society, and the Aotearoa/New Zealand Association for Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (AnzaCBT). Qualifications include Master of Arts (Hons.) in Psychology (Massey University), Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (University of Canterbury), and Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy For Clinical Management).

Teresa's Approach

Teresa combines a relaxed approach with an extensive understanding and experience of psychological functioning to work with clients in an enjoyable and effective way. She works in close association with a range of professional services to provide Signature clients with a comprehensive specialist range of expertise.
